They are used for the production of cold rooms for both minus and plus temperatures and are characterized by quality of joints and extremely fast installation. They are successfully used in the construction of ULO cold storages with a controlled atmosphere for storage of fruits and vegetables, distribution centers and meat processing.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
For production of insulation panels we use galvanized, white prepainted (RAL 9010) steel metal sheet. As an option stainless steel in Scotch Brite finish is also available. Steel thickness can be 0.5 mm or 0.6 mm. The panels are filled with environmentally friendly polyurethane foam, density of 40-42 kg/m3 and suitable for temperatures from -40 °C to + 70 °C.
Joints between the panels are made as a groove-tongue and buckles attached to each other, providing an excellent combination of insulation and quality grip across the entire panel. If the cold room is made without the floor insulation panel, the grip between the wall panels and floor is made of PVC or metal sheet "U" profile.
Wall panels are made with a groove to accommodate the ceiling panel, and if the floor insulation panel is present the same solution will be used in the floor area. Slots make the assembly easier and provide a thermal brake. For the connection of the panel edges the "L" hem profiles are being used.
